Senior Management Team

Annette Ridenour


Annette has been a pioneer in applying the arts to improve health and healthcare. She served as one of the original board members of the Society for the Arts in Healthcare, and she co-founded the Blair L. Sadler International Healing Arts Competition, which recognized exemplary arts projects that have measurably improved the quality of healthcare. Numerous articles by her, about her, and about Aesthetics have appeared in publications that include Healthcare Design, Health Facilities Management, Healthcare Building Ideas, and Spirituality & Health.

Annette is a member of the Planetree Visionary Design Network which provides holistic design services to Planetree members.

Roger Hill


An architect with 30+ years of professional experience, Roger Hill has led more than 15 exterior wayfinding design and planning projects at major medical centers. He also has led “whole hospital analysis” projects, and provides recommendations for wayfinding, traffic circulation, parking, and architectural guidelines designed to improve the facility’s appearance and the patient and visitor experience.

Liz Titus


Liz joined Aesthetics in 1993 to oversee company operations and specifically is responsible for planning, finance, contracts, and personnel. She brings 30 years of corporate management experience to assuring quality, reliability, and cost-effectiveness in the fulfillment of Aesthetics’ mission.

Kelly Kreuzinger, CID, LEED AP

Director of Design

Kelly has fourteen years of experience in interior design, working on healthcare, hospitality, senior living, corporate, retail and residential projects. Her work has been published in “Interiors & Sources” magazine and “Healthcare Design” magazine. Kelly has extensive knowledge of interior finishes, furniture and lighting as well as a thorough understanding of high performance interiors and environmental branding. Kelly’s love of nature continually inspires her work and her passion for sustainability informs her of the most environmentally responsible products available. She is a certified interior designer in the state of California, NCIDQ certified, a LEED Accredited Professional and has earned the Evidence-Based Design Accreditation and Certification.

Naj Wikoff

East Coast Representative

An expert about bringing original art into healthcare settings, Naj Wikoff has successfully established arts programming in healthcare facilities and medical schools. He has trained artists on how to work in clinical and community settings, has organized arts collections, and has developed strategic funding plans for healthcare organizations and community institutions. Naj is an effective facilitator of partnerships between government, healthcare, education and the arts. He is a founding member of both the Institute of Arts & Health at Lesley University and the National Initiative for Arts in Health in the Military. As President of Creative Healing Connections, Naj has presented to hospital administration on four continents about the importance of healing art. Naj is an Adjunct Professor at Lesley University and President Emeritus of the Society for the Arts in Healthcare.
