Meet Our Team
Annette has been a leader in healthcare design for over 40 years. She is a pioneer in integrating arts in health and is known for her blend of explorative thought and strategic thinking focused on implementation. Annette’s approach instills confidence in healthcare organizations, helping them create physical facilities that align with their institutional mission and goals.
Annette Ridenour
President & CEO
With over 30 years of experience, Roger has overseen more than 15 exterior wayfinding design and planning projects at major medical centers. He has led “whole hospital analysis” projects and provided recommendations for wayfinding, traffic circulation, parking, and architectural guidelines aimed at enhancing the facility’s appearance and improving patient and visitor experiences.

Carolyn manages the finance department, contracts, billing, and provides project support. She is knowledgeable in large-scale, multi-year project management, vendor management, and daily operations. Carolyn has managed technology and facilities departments throughout her career, including serving as Chief Information Officer for several large banks and credit unions.

Pam has been an indispensable force in managing arts projects with Aesthetics since 1999. She expertly commissions dynamic artwork collections for public spaces, skillfully oversees art installations, and efficiently manages art requests. Pam cultivates strong relationships with both artists and clients, while expertly navigating communication with vendors.

Sorina is a seasoned art consultant specializing in healthcare environments. Since joining Aesthetics in 2014, she has led large project teams through all phases, from planning to construction administration, with tremendous success. With a background in science and landscape architecture, Sorina brings a unique perspective that integrates art and design with evidence-based solutions.

With 25 years of experience in the printing and publishing industry, Kristie specializes in creating visually compelling designs that effectively communicate clients’ values. She also assists in translating and preparing artists’ work for exhibit in our projects. Her extensive expertise in design, organization, and production management promises the delivery of impactful results.

Marketing & Design Manager
Bailey supports Aesthetics across various functions, including administrative operations, personal assistance, and creative project support. She recently graduated from San Diego State University with a Bachelor’s degree in Art, emphasizing graphic design. Her role is cross-functional, contributing to daily workflow and design-related initiatives.

Office & Project Support Specialist
An expert in integrating art into healthcare, Naj trains artists, curates collections, and develops funding plans. Formerly, he was Director of the Healing and the Arts Project at Dartmouth College and President of the Society for the Arts in Healthcare. He also co-founded the Institute of Arts & Health at Lesley University and the National Initiative for Arts in Health in the Military.
